Payments made to Ink and Lace in accordance with this agreement shall not be refundable nor creditable/transferable between clients.

With the exception of service animals, no pets are permitted.
You must have your ID present the day of your procedure
Accepted payment types include Cash and Venmo without service fees. Square, Apple Pay, GPay and CashApp also accepted.
Last minute cancelation(48 hours or less), no shows, or rescheduling multiple times will result in forfeiture of deposit paid. In this instance, deposit will no longer be deducted from service total.
Being 15 plus minutes late to your scheduled appointment could result in of loss of appointment as well as deposit.
Please bring earbuds for your enjoyment. For best results, refrain from all cell phone use during implantation portion of Cosmetic Tattoo Procedures. Feel free to enjoy your device during Body Art sessions.
No perfume or fragrance can be worn the day of the procedure!

Body Art & Permanent Makeup

Pregnant or Breastfeeding
HIV positive, Hepatitis or Hemophilia
Undergoing Chemotherapy
On blood thinners, blood pressure meds, or any meds that affect healing or blood clotting
Develop infections easily
Keloid or skin conditions in the treatment area
Major health conditions including Diabetes and Epilepsy will require a doctor’s note
On Accutane/Differin (must be off for one year before service)
Eyeliner
Dry Eyes
Glaucoma
Style or any type of eye infection must be cleared prior to procedure
Lip Blush
If you are having an active breakout of cold sores or fever blisters, your session must be rescheduled.
Taking an antiviral medication at least 5 days before and after appointment as well as your appointment day is very important if you have ever developed cold sores/fever blisters.
