Hi, I'm Lacy
My lifelong background in artistic mediums and extensive career as a Licensed Esthetician led me to seek an accreditation from an academy of body arts, and pursue my career in permanent make-up and fine line tattooing.
After becoming licensed in the state of Oregon as a Body Art Practitioner, I continued my education in the latest techniques(receiving certifications from multiple Permanent Makeup and Body Art Academies in Washington, California, and Nevada). My education enables me to provide quality results by utilizing some of the most innovative techniques in the industry.
I always strive for perfection and pride myself on providing the desired results for each client. On a more personal note, my true passion is seeing the fulfillment and boost of confidence my services provide. It is the most rewarding part of my career.

Ombre Brows
4 hrs | $600
Ombre Brows is a cosmetic tattoo technique that results in a soft, manicured brow look. Brows will graduate from soft fronts to more refined toward the ends. You have the option of going for a more subtle look at the initial session and increasing color intensity at touchup. This is suitable for all skin types. If you are wanting a fuller look and/or an improved shape to your brows, Ombre Brows will benefit you. Also ideal if you have cosmetic tattooing done in the past and are looking to improve upon your existing work.
Lash Enhancement
2 hrs | $350
This method is for those who desire to enhance your daily look while still maintaining a very natural appearance. The pigment is place just along the lash line which gives your lashes a nice pop. You have the option to do your bottom lash line for the additional fee listed in the pricing section below. If you are worried about having a makeup look but still want an enhancement, this service is for you.
Classic Eyeliner
3 hrs | $400
This eyeliner variation is for those who want a more prominently lined look. It is perfect for you if you apply a fair to generous amount of eyeliner makeup on a regular basis. This procedure is customizable to the boldness you desire. You also have the option to do your bottom lash line for the additional fee listed in the pricing section below.
Winged Eyeliner
3.5 hrs | $450
This technique replaces the "winged" effect typically created with a liquid/gel eyeliner pen. It offers versatility of thickness and shape of wing. Our technician will map prior to start of the session. You also have the option to do your bottom lash line for the additional fee listed in the pricing section below.
Lip Blush
3.5 hrs | $650
Lip Blushing elevates the natural color and shape of your lips. It can improve lip symmetry and definition and creates the illusion of fullness. This lip enhancement is ideal if you want bigger, fuller looking lips, are tired of applying lip gloss/lipstick. This method is also perfect for you if you have lost definition in your lips, get filler, have pale or uneven lip color or are sensitive/allergic to lip cosmetics.
Fine Line Tattoo
1 hrs | $100
Our Body Art technique utilizes smaller needle groupings to create a more refined tattoo style. Currently offering black and white designs with or without shading. We can customize a design to your liking so just ask!

Lip Blush​

If you are having an active breakout of cold sores or fever blisters, your session must be rescheduled.

Taking an antiviral medication at least 5 days before and after appointment as well as your appointment day is very important if you have ever developed cold sores/fever blisters.
How much does it cost?
If you have had your work done by a previous artist, you are considered a new client to me and as so, new client costs apply. Touch-up pricing is for existing clients only.

How do I book?
To schedule a Permanent Makeup Service, please complete the Permanent Makeup Booking Request Form. To schedule a Body Art Service, please complete the Body Art Booking Request Form. During sessions, we are unable to answer messages but will absolutely message you as soon as possible.
For any of our face and body services, we will want to do a quick consult. It can be done through text, call or in some cases, in person and there is no fee involved. For select cosmetic tattoo services, you may need to send a frontal facial image(eyes open) without filter or makeup on the treatment area. A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit amount will vary depending on the session being booked. Your deposit is deducted from your total cost of service.
